A Private Label Checklist for Your Next Collection

Organize label artwork, placement, hang tags and packaging before moving from a sample to a bulk order.

01

Collect the artwork

Provide your logo files, label dimensions, colors and placement references. Ask your supplier which artwork formats are needed and whether a physical label sample is available for review.

02

Separate branding from required information

Your brand label and hang tag serve a different purpose from composition and care information. Confirm the information needed for your destination market with the relevant specialist before approving label artwork.

03

Approve the complete set

Review labels, hang tags, packaging and their placement together. Record the approved artwork version, quantities and packing instructions as part of the order specification.
